The N95 mask is one of the nine types of particulate protective masks certified by NIOSH (National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health). N95 is not a specific product name. As long as it meets the N95 standard and passes the NIOSH review, it can be called an N95 mask, which can filter particles with an aerodynamic diameter of 0.075µm ± 0.020µm. The filtration efficiency reaches more than 95%.
The N95 mask is one of 9 types of particulate protective masks certified by NIOSH. “N” means not resistant to oil. “95″ means that when exposed to a specified number of special test particles, the particle concentration inside the mask is more than 95% lower than the particle concentration outside the mask. The value of 95% is not an average value, but a minimum value. N95 is not a specific product name, as long as the product meets the N95 standard and passes the NIOSH review, it can be called “N95 mask”. The protection level of N95 means that under the testing conditions specified by the NIOSH standard, the filtering efficiency of the mask filter material for non-oily particles (such as dust, acid mist, paint mist, microorganisms, etc.) reaches 95%.
Appearance: NIOSH masks generally include two types of appearance: cup type and folding type.
Ear straps: NIOSH currently does not accept ear-hook products, only sleeve-type products.
Logo: NIOSH has special regulations on the printing content on masks, which cannot be printed at will.
Only manufacturers can apply for NIOSH certification.Hangzhou Ti Yun Industrial Co., Ltd.
